NQT Programme

Our NQT programme is focused on helping new entrants to the profession gain experience to meet the Teachers’ Standards. The programme has both subject specific and core elements.

Professional Development

We offer a range of courses to support the professional development of colleagues in schools. Our courses are designed to meet the current needs of schools and those who work in them.

Computing Hub

The Odyssey Computing Hub for Gloucestershire, North Wiltshire, Swindon, Bristol and Bath. This is part of the National Centre for Computing Education and is a new partnership between Adfecto, Pate’s Grammar School and the NCCE.

School Business Managers

The School Business Management Partnership (SBMP) is an established partnership between Adfecto, Serco Education and the Institute of School Business Leaders (ISBL).

Science Hub (SLP)

Offering science CPD on behalf DfE via STEM Learning Limited, we use our extensive knowledge of schools and our network of highly trained presenters to provide primary and secondary science training across Gloucestershire, Wiltshire, South Gloucestershire, Swindon and Bristol.

GITEP SCITT

Created in 1997, GITEP SCITT is a well established, very highly regarded, unique collaboration between all the secondary schools in Gloucestershire who work together as a SCITT (school-centred initial teacher training provider).
