Chris started teaching D&T in 2002, having completed the GITEP PGCE course, following a degree course in Industrial Design at Loughborough University.  He started his career at Cleeve School, teaching there for 13 years, from NQT up to Head of Department.  He specialises in Resistant Materials, Graphics and Product design, but has taught all the D&T specialisms at various times.

Currently Head of D&T at Sir Thomas Rich’s School, Chris continues to work with trainee teachers, having mentored several over the years. He has also worked as a moderator for the OCR examination board and currently works for Cambridge Internationals as a reviser and examiner for the A level Product Design course.
